Godaddy是有退款保证的,如果在购买Godaddy的产品后对其不满意,可以申请退款。域名是5天以内退款,主机是15天以内全额退款,15-30天会扣除一定的费用后退款,同时不再享用Godaddy的优惠,小山在今年2月份买了一个Godaddy 128M的虚拟主机,发现内存不够用,装的Lxadmin经常被kill掉,最后无赖之下退了款。具体步骤为:
1、登陆Godaddy的账号,进入产品管理页,点击左边的“MY RENEWALS ¥UPGRADES”下面的“Payments & Renewing Items”按钮,右边会出现已经购买的产品;选中打算退款的产品,然后点击上面的“Cancel Item”按钮,点击后该产品就从您的帐户里删除了;
2、需要在后台给Godaddy的客服提交一个ticket,如果是虚拟主机退款,内容可以类似如下:
My website program can not run on the Virtual Dedicated Server that I bought The day before yesterday.So I canceled it today.
Please help me apply a refund to my original card . Thanks.
发完mail后你会收到3封回复的mail:
1、第一封很快就可以收到,标题为”Request Received – Incident ID 8148285″,内容大致是“Your question has been received. You should expect a response within 24 hours.”,就是告诉你我们已经收到了你提交的外胎,将在24小时内处理;
2、第二封一般会在24小时内收到,标题为“Cancellation Confirmation”,就是确认是否真的取消产品。内容大致为“”

该mail就是确认一下你是否真的要退款,如果是误操作删除了产品,可以联系客服恢复。
3、如果您确实需要退款,不用理第二封mail,一会后会收到第三封,标题为“Update [Incident ID: 8148285] – Support Question”,内容大致为您的退款我们已经开始处理,并介绍一些退款的细节,退款的时间等。
4、第四封的标题为“GoDaddy.com Refund”,该mail就是告知您您的产品已经成功取消。
整个退款周期大约在一个礼拜,退款成功后可以在Paypal或者信用卡里看到,一般从paypal自动转到信用卡还需要一个礼拜。
